TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Clients who do not show up or leave the airport without calling will be charged the full amount of the fare.

Above rates are based on PHP Peso rates.

Above rates do not include tour guide services.

Seating capacity of our vehicles is stated in the table. Luggage space capacity is subject to the size and number of luggage and SOP rules.

Each additional pick-up/drop-off point within 10 km will be charged USD 13 added to the furthest transfer fare. Maximum of three (3) additional pick-up/drop-off points per way only.

All transfer services from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (subject to flight details for airport transfers and pick-up time) will incur an additional midnight surcharge of USD 21. For long journeys, an additional midnight surcharge of USD 41 will apply.

All transfer services during Chinese New Year (plus 3 days) will incur an additional surcharge of USD 19. A higher surcharge of USD 36 applies on the first day of CNY only.

Airport meeting service is available upon request at an additional charge of USD 8 per service. Our chauffeurs will wait at the airport baggage claim area holding a whiteboard with your name written on it.

Maximum waiting time for pick-up is 15 minutes. Additional waiting charges apply as follows:

USD 19 per hour for Toyota Innova

USD 29 per hour for Hyundai Starex

All cancellations must be informed at least three (3) days before the pick-up time. Otherwise, the full fare will be charged.

Note: For travel dates outside the validity period, rates are not fixed and are subject for quotation. Please coordinate with the team or submit a Zoho request to check updated pricing and secure confirmation before proceeding with any booking.
