â–º Scanned copies of visas & stamps of the countries applicant had visited for the past 5 years

â–º Airline E-Ticket and Hotel confirmation

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS

â–º Original Bank Certificate (Ideal amount for the current balance is P100,000. Including type of account, opening date, average daily balance and current balance

Additional Requirements if Employed

â–º Certificate of Employment (indicate applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number & HR email address)

Additional Requirements if Business Owner​

â–ºPhoto Copy of DTI or SEC Permit (includes Names & signatories of the corporation)

â–ºPhoto Copy of Mayor’s Permit

Additional Requirements for Professionals
