- Daily Itinerary
- Dummy Travel Ticket
- Travel Insurance
- Payment for Denmark Visa

► Original employment certificate (must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address and landline numbers, and e-mail address)
► Copy of PRC/IBP ID (if professional, if applicable)
► Copy of company ID

► Copy of business registration (DTI or SEC)
► Copy of business permit or mayor’s permit
